CENTRE MANAGER
MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE INCLUDING GREATER COLOMBO AREA AND KURUNEGALA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving agreed branch sales income as per the organization's strategic plan.
- Develop and implement strategic plan to drive student enrollments and revenue growth.
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, sales and operational metrics to senior leadership team.
- Ensure a high standard of student satisfaction by implementing efficient customer service processes.
- Work closely with the Student Relationship unit to maintain strong student engagement.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, optimizing workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT and other corporate departments to ensure seamless branch operations.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team across multiple functions.
- Promote a positive and motivated work culture within the branch.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Marketing or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in business operations, sales or branch management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in business analytics, financial management and operational planning.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- Take home Salary starting from LKR 400,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate).
