Abans Auto is Sri Lanka’s exclusive authorized distributor of YADEA in Sri Lanka. Abans Auto operates signature workshops in Peliyagoda, Panadura, Jaffna, Gampaha, and Kurunegala to cater to our customers’ service needs. Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of service and warranty management processes.
- Proficiency in dealer audit and reporting practices.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for sales reporting and presentations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in service or field operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with warranty processes, service standards, and dealer management.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Location – Trinco, Vavuniya, Ampara, Hambanthota, Embilipitiya, Gampaha, Puttalam, Mattale, Pollanaruwa, Batticaloa, Kalutara, and Colombo.
