SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD - LARAVEL AND SYMFONY

Responsibilities
- Lead remote development teams and contribute to innovative projects across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain e-commerce and CMS platforms, especially using Laravel and Symfony
- Build high-end web solutions for global clients, including startups and large enterprises
- Design and implement new features and modules to enhance existing platforms
- Integrate APIs with client ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience with Laravel or Symfony frameworks
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC architecture
- Proven experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of database design and experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
