Marketing Manager
We are in search for energetic individuals for our reputed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences.
- Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze the success of marketing efforts.
- Oversee the hotel’s online presence, including the website and social media.
- Organize events and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Build relationships with media and industry partners.
- Lead and support the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in a similar role, within the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Strong background in digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative and analytical thinker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
