CALL CENTER ASSISTANT (TAMIL SPEAKING)
We are hiring Call Center Assistants with Tamil language proficiency to support our seat management and booking operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to coordinate with internal agents and customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage seat allocation and adjustments in the system.
- Download and distribute booking charts accurately.
- Confirm passenger bookings, handle booking cancellations, and travel details promptly.
- Coordinate seat availability with agents.
- Respond to agent seat requests and confirmations.
- Unblock seats for NCG bookings as necessary.
- Share updated booking charts with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor bookings and activities via the Magiya App.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tamil is a must.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with booking systems.
- Effective communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar customer service or operations role is an advantage.
