Technical Officer
Hotel Maintenance (Civil)
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance related to painting, surface repairs, finishing works etc.
- Ensure that all visible areas across guest rooms and public spaces remain neat and orderly, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance activities and minimize disruption to guests and operations.
- Assist with preventive maintenance plans and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- NCT (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
- Sound knowledge in painting, surface restoration, wallpaper installation, and related aesthetic works.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with other departments.
Total monthly income not less than Rs.100,000/-
