KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for business operations
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, cost-effective solutions, and quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Prepare purchase orders, review quotations, and manage procurement documentation
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative solutions for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and align with project timelines
- Ensure that procurement processes comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Track inventory levels and assist in managing stock to ensure optimal availability
REQUIREMENTS
- A recognized Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Candidates must be under 35 years of age
