VACANCY
We are a subsidiary of a well-established group of companies in Sri Lanka and operate in the tyre industry as the authorized distributor in Sri Lanka for reputed tyre brands. Under our expansion strategy, we are looking for self-motivated and experienced individuals to join our growing team.
We are looking for enthusiastic area sales executives to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned area, developing strong relationships with the existing dealer network and also to enhance the dealer network. This role is perfect for personnel with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the tyre industry.
AREA SALES EXECUTIVES
Southern / North-Western & North-Central
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets within the designated area.
- Develop new business opportunities, including new markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to promote company products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5-year experience in tyre industry.
- Good rapport with tyre dealers and ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, able to work independently.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
