Job Profile

  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of new mobile phone shipments and new product upgrades.
  • Identify, escalate, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve product quality concerns and manage warranty claims.
  • Ensure all essential service manuals and technical guides are accessible to service teams.
  • Coordinate the initial ordering and availability of spare parts for new products.
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex customer complaints that regional centers cannot resolve.

Personal Profile

  • NVQ Level 4 or above in Electronics/Telecommunication/Mobile Phones/Computer Repair with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience; OR
  • Higher National Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience; OR
  • A Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering) with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of mobile phone hardware, software, and repair principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
