Executive – Operations
(Central Bakery – Habarakada)
Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily bakery operations in a smooth manner.
- Preparing the daily production schedule (DO Summary).
- Ensuring product availability for promotions and price discounts.
- Maintaining the facility & environment as per the given protocols whilst ensuring high degree of cleanliness & hygiene standards according to ministry and company standards.
- Ability to handle petty cash accurately.
- Handling internal and external customer calls, ensuring the deliveries and handling customer complaints effectively.
- Developing and maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with internal and external customers.
- Maintaining effective communication with inter departments, Central Warehouse, and suppliers.
- Actively involve to minimize the wastage.
- Ensuring No out of stocks.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or any other recognized qualification in Business Administration in a recognized Institute or University.
- A minimum 2-3 Years of Work Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A good team player with flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
