HR EXECUTIVE
We are a leading Manufacturer of Plastics Packaging and Accessories for industrial and commercial use catering to Reputed Organizations, Government and Non-Government Institutions and have the following vacancy at our Factory located in Panadura.
JOB PROFILE
- To recruit factory workers, to fill the cadre of the production floor.
- Proper Maintenance of personnel files & Leave records of workers.
- To attend to new employee on-boarding process, employee ABH forms, filling EPF/ETF claim forms and liaising with the labor department officers and also the employee exit formalities.
- To provide data for payroll accurately.
- To monitor absenteeism and late attendance and implement measures for improvement.
- To reduce labor turnover through developing sound employee relations.
- To supervise housekeeping and Security functions.
APPLICANT PROFILE
- Good passes in G.C.E A/L
- Certificate level qualification from CIPM is preferred.
- Preferably be between 30 to 45 years of age.
- Those living in close proximity to Panadura will be given preference.
