Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Computation and finalization of impairment for loans and other assets in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Coordination with auditors for the implementation and review of SLFRS 9-related processes.
  • Preparation and finalization of SLFRS 16-related calculations and disclosures.
  • Calculation of taxes applicable to finance companies and timely submission of relevant tax returns.
  • Monthly reconciliation of tax figures with the General Ledger.
  • Submission of statutory returns through the RAMIS system.
  • Preparation and submission of ad hoc reports as requested by management.

Qualifications :

  • Following a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or partly complete of professional accounting qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Maximum age limit is 35 years.
