We are looking for talented individuals for Junior Executive, Executive, and Assistant Manager positions in Enrollment Management at our institutes in Colombo, Kurunegala, Kandy, Jaffna, and Batticaloa.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit students to assigned study programs.
- Participate in recruitment activities such as education exhibitions, open days, & Information Sessions.
- Coordinate Marketing Events, Seminars, corporate visits, Exhibitions and Road Shows with the AIC Marketing Team.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with career advisors of schools, colleges and engaging with prospective students.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Marketing will be a definite advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry preferred.
- Candidates without experience but who have the potential would be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala in both written and oral will be a definite advantage.
- Should have an outgoing, pleasant personality with good teamwork skills, be target-oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
