(Night Shift & Weekends)

We are a global leader in Web hosting with 23 years in Business. As a 24/7 hosting company, top-tier support is at the core of what we offer. We're looking for a dedicated and technically knowledgeable Customer Support Executive to join our night shift and weekend coverage team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat, ticket, and Email-based support
- Escalate technical issues to sysadmin or L2 support when needed
- Handle billing questions, plan upgrades, and service guidance
- Document resolved tickets, FAQs, and common customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2+ years experience in customer support
- Strong written English and customer service skills
- Comfortable with night shifts and weekend availability
- Familiar with WHM, cPanel, Softaculous, DNS, FTP, SSL, email clients would be an added advantage
Bonus:
- Knowledge of WHMCS or billing systems
- Confident in explaining technical features to non-technical users
- Able to close sales during chat or email threads
- Understands hosting industry trends and competitor positioning
- Capable of upselling / cross-selling in a service-oriented way
Shift Details:
- Night Shift Coverage: typically, 10 PM - 6 AM (flexible by timezone)
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- 100% Remote
- Compensation: Competitive hourly or monthly rate based on experience
