(Night Shift & Weekends)

We are a global leader in Web hosting with 23 years in Business. As a 24/7 hosting company, top-tier support is at the core of what we offer. We're looking for a dedicated and technically knowledgeable Customer Support Executive to join our night shift and weekend coverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide live chat, ticket, and Email-based support
  • Escalate technical issues to sysadmin or L2 support when needed
  • Handle billing questions, plan upgrades, and service guidance
  • Document resolved tickets, FAQs, and common customer issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-2+ years experience in customer support
  • Strong written English and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with night shifts and weekend availability
  • Familiar with WHM, cPanel, Softaculous, DNS, FTP, SSL, email clients would be an added advantage

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of WHMCS or billing systems
  • Confident in explaining technical features to non-technical users
  • Able to close sales during chat or email threads
  • Understands hosting industry trends and competitor positioning
  • Capable of upselling / cross-selling in a service-oriented way

Shift Details:

  • Night Shift Coverage: typically, 10 PM - 6 AM (flexible by timezone)
  • Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
  • 100% Remote
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly or monthly rate based on experience
