Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock handling, and supplier deliveries.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain FIFO standards.
- Lead and guide warehouse staff for efficient performance and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with branches and manage timely order dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and submit regular operational reports.
