Showroom Manager / Operations Manager
Edy's Holdings is a growing retail company specializing in selling premium outdoor furniture and decorative items. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our management team and contribute to our ongoing success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality are met.
- Work with staff to achieve sales goals while maintaining high quality standards, satisfying customer needs and enhancing the company's reputation.
- Must have ability to take full responsibility of the store and staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum 02 years of experience in sales or showroom management
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales promotions
