Showroom Manager / Operations Manager

Edy's Holdings is a growing retail company specializing in selling premium outdoor furniture and decorative items. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our management team and contribute to our ongoing success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality are met.
  • Work with staff to achieve sales goals while maintaining high quality standards, satisfying customer needs and enhancing the company's reputation.
  • Must have ability to take full responsibility of the store and staff

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in sales or showroom management
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales promotions
