We’re now entering a new phase of growth and looking for an SEO specialist who knows how modern search works — across traditional engines and emerging platforms like ChatGPT, SGE, Instagram, and Reddit.

SEO today is no longer just about Google and Bing. It’s about visibility inside AI-generated results (LLMs), SGE, Reddit threads, social platform search, and niche industry ecosystems. If you can’t adapt to how people discover content today across devices, platforms, and AI tools, which relays that this isn’t the role for you.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a results-driven SEO Specialist with direct experience in the web hosting or SaaS industry to lead growth across organic and non-traditional search channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Modern SEO Execution
- Optimize for Search Generative Experience (SGE) and LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
- Format content with chunking, summaries, semantic tags, and trust signals for AI visibility
- Stay ahead of how generative platforms pull, rank, and cite sources
- On-Page & Content SEO
- Keyword research for terms like SEO hosting, multi-IP hosting, reseller plans, hosting for PBNs, etc.
- Internal linking, alt text, anchor strategy, FAQs with schema
- Optimize content for both rankings and AI comprehension
- Off-Page SEO & Authority
- White-hat link building
- Trust & reputation building (e.g., Trustpilot, industry citations, Reddit mentions)
- Backlink audits and toxic cleanup
- Tracking & Reporting
- GA4
- UTM tracking strategies
- Conversion goal setup + monthly reporting
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years SEO experience
- Direct experience in web hosting, SaaS, or digital service sectors
- Strong knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt-based visibility, and modern search interfaces
- Hands-on with Reddit, Facebook, Instagram SEO methods
- Knows the difference between “more traffic” and qualified conversions
- Bonus: Familiar with WHMCS, cPanel/WHM, reseller platforms

Shift Details
- Remote | Contract | Flexible Hours
- Pay: Based on proven experience & results (not hours clocked)
- Time Commitment: 30 hours per week to start
- Reports To: CEO / CMO & Lead Manager
