We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance and enhance the performance of all plant machinery.
Job Description:
- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance of all factory machinery and equipment
- Manage daily breakdown repairs efficiently using the technical team
- Schedule and supervise day-to-day tasks while monitoring team performance
- Plan and manage the stock level of spare parts
- Coordinate major repairs and services with the technical team
- Monitor downtime and drive continuous plant performance improvements
- Perform any other duties assigned by plant heads
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed a 3-year technical course in mechanical or mechatronic engineering from a reputed institute
- 8–10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical exposure
- Strong hands-on skills in complex machinery repairs and preventive maintenance systems
- Experience with gearboxes, boilers, steam systems, compressors, water pumps, and utility machines
- Prior exposure to a chicken processing plant is an added advantage
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends as required
