Manager - Agency Distribution - Premier Agency (PAC)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development and management of PAC Unit activities including overall sales, financial and administration activities
  • Achieve assigned PAC KPIs as per the set annual objectives
  • Responsible in leading management initiatives and training initiatives
  • Achieve assigned branch KPIs as per the set annual objectives
  • Ensure development of PAC agents & PAC managers

Candidates are required to have

  • Preferably Graduates / equivalent or more than 05 years working experience in sales in finance/ Insurance sector.
  • Market orientation and selling skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
