Manager - Agency Distribution - Premier Agency (PAC)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Development and management of PAC Unit activities including overall sales, financial and administration activities
- Achieve assigned PAC KPIs as per the set annual objectives
- Responsible in leading management initiatives and training initiatives
- Achieve assigned branch KPIs as per the set annual objectives
- Ensure development of PAC agents & PAC managers
Candidates are required to have
- Preferably Graduates / equivalent or more than 05 years working experience in sales in finance/ Insurance sector.
- Market orientation and selling skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
