In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individuals to fill the following positions immediately.
Positions Available: BRAND MANAGER / ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER - SRI LANKA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement Brand Strategies for assigned brands to ensure competitive and profitable business growth to suit the current market dynamics.
- Identify market opportunities and develop marketing plans to explore growth opportunities.
- Design and lead Marketing Initiatives, New Product Development, Pricing Strategies, Trade Marketing Initiatives to achieve both short- and long-term business goals.
- Measure and Improve Marketing & Business performance on a regular basis in line with emerging market trends & consumer insights.
- Managing creative agencies, media partnerships and external retainer partners for effective execution.
- Manage marketing budgets / resources for the better ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized institute or fully qualified in CIM UK/ SLIM.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office packages / BI tools.
- Proficiency in English language is a must.
- FMCG industry exposure will be an added advantage.
Experience
Brand Manager
- At least 04 years experience in brand management out of which a minimum of Two years in assistant manager /manager capacity.
- Age below 32 years.
Assistant Brand Manager
- At least 02 years experience in brand management and preferably a minimum of One year in assistant manager capacity.
- Age below 30 years.
