Overview of the Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager-Civil to join our dynamic construction team. The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing small, medium and large-scale construction projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops schedules and workload requirements for the construction team to ensure effective execution of all planned work.
- Developing Operational SOP and assure the company procedures and company policies are always being complied with company business conduct and ethics policies.
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on construction sites.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Education Required and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in construction management, with at least Five (5) years in a leadership role.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
