Requirements:
- Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Administer payroll and compensation processes accurately and on time.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
Job Role:
- Age above 35 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the HR field, preferably within the construction or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and payroll systems.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
