Job Profile

  • Assist with handling daily fixed deposit transactions for walk-in clients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and verification of all deposit transactions.
  • Provide operational support in maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with branch and head office teams to ensure timely transaction execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date filing, data entry, and assist in system-related updates.

Eligibility

  • Candidates with prior experience in financial operations or customer service will have an added advantage.
  • Successfully completed GCE O/L and A/L examinations.
  • Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive team player with multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Age below 30 preferred.
