We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join us as Engineering Executive in Uga Ulagalla, Anuradhapura. This hands-on role involves supporting the engineering team in maintaining the highest technical and safety standards across all maintenance activities.
You will play a key role in driving consistency, innovation, and excellence in our engineering operations, ensuring all systems and services reflect reliability, efficiency, and technical excellence. From maintenance to system optimization, your expertise will ensure seamless engineering operations that enhance guest comfort and uphold our reputation as a premier luxury hotel.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience similar capacity.
- Previous experience in engineering roles within luxury resorts or boutique hotels is a definite advantage.
- Qualification in Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of various engineering technologies, and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive, practical mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
