Chief Engineer
As Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of facilities management and engineering, ensuring all resort standards are maintained to support operational and service excellence. You will play a key leadership role in overseeing the resort’s infrastructure, coordinating with all operational departments to ensure the highest standards of maintenance, safety, and functionality. This role requires a proactive, solutions-driven leader who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating an exceptional guest experience through well-maintained facilities.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in remote resort operations with a strong focus on Engineering and Facilities Management.
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a multi-generational team.
- Previous work experience within a Maldives resort environment is highly desirable.
- A collaborative leadership approach with the ability to work across all operational departments to maintain and enhance resort facilities.
- Experience and knowledge in Utility Management, Operations, and Execution will be considered a significant advantage.
