Are you enthusiastic about the culinary world and eager to work in a dynamic kitchen environment? LYfe Kitchen (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Helper – Hot Kitchen to support our culinary team and help ensure smooth, clean, and efficient kitchen operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food prep (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients).
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
- Receive, unpack, and properly store kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards in line with company policies.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and manage recycling as required.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions to maintain workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team spirit and good communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and manage kitchen duties.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus.
