Executive – Operations (Katunayake)
Job Responsibilities
- Execute seamless end-to-end operations, ensuring resource optimization and adherence to operational targets.
- Closely coordinate with Internal & external stake holders to ensure flawless operation.
- Lead and mentor the operations team towards achieving excellence while managing client contracts effectively.
- Execute operational strategies in line with business goals, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve client complaints promptly, ensuring seamless operation of the company’s compliant management system.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients and suppliers to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead process optimization efforts by identifying root causes of non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Reconcile inventories to system records by carrying out cycle counts.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, shipping lines, BOI, SL Customs, and service providers.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or relevant qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- 6 passes at GCE or London O/L & minimum 2 passes for A/L’s or UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course.
- Minimum 03-year service experience relating to Logistics & Supply Chain.
- Good command of English both written and verbal.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
