Junior Executive – Training & Development

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate orientation programmes to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Liase with internal and external stakeholders to arrange training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure employees complete assigned e-learning modules within the specified deadlines.
  • Process and track payments for training programs in accordance with financial procedures and timelines.
  • Handle the registration process for employees attending external training programs, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Regularly update and manage employee training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Candidates are required to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR from local or foreign university
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in HR related roles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizing skills and attention to detail
