Junior Executive – Training & Development
Roles and Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate orientation programmes to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders to arrange training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure employees complete assigned e-learning modules within the specified deadlines.
- Process and track payments for training programs in accordance with financial procedures and timelines.
- Handle the registration process for employees attending external training programs, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Regularly update and manage employee training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Candidates are required to have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR from local or foreign university
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in HR related roles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizing skills and attention to detail
