The Job:
- The Manager – Production will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities within the dress product category. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in apparel manufacturing, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple lines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dress cluster operations, ensuring quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
- Lead and drive team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with key departments for seamless workflow.
- Monitor KPIs and improve processes to boost output and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve production issues and conduct regular floor reviews.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Textile & Clothing Technology, Apparel Production, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in apparel production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of woven/dress product categories and garment construction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in production planning tools and MS Office.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and factory compliance standards.
