Support Engineers

Responsibilities

  • Onsite Technical Support for clients (Full time).
  • Provide application support services, application deployment and provide end user trainings.
  • Analyzing and resolving onsite application issues.
  • Coordinate with the development team to resolve software application issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering.
  • Good Decision Making, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Very Good customer handling skills.
  • Technical knowledge of Oracle database systems, software applications, networking and servers.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting software application issues.
