Komar Brands team is seeking a dynamic individual with passion in creating innovative and stylish Designing to join our dynamic team to shape the business growth.
You are required to work remotely on USA hours and must be flexible with your working hours.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion design
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar job role preferably in swimwear
- Well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign & Excel
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated & ability to work directly with customers with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Technical knowledge of design
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of hand sketching
Role Summary
This role involves a significant amount of design administration, including 3D modeling, technical packs, YPLM (Product Lifecycle Management), BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, sketch uploads, sample management, and presentation preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and development of swimwear designs.
- Manage and update 3D models for design projects.
- Prepare and maintain technical packs in PLM (YPLM is the PLM being used)
- Create and manage BOMs for various designs.
- Upload sketches and design files to the appropriate platforms.
- Coordinate sample management, including tracking and organizing samples.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects.
