Vice President – Corporate Finance
ROLE
Seeking a finance leader to head our Corporate Finance Vertical (Treasury, Taxation & Strategic Investments) with 16+ years' experience in corporate finance, treasury operations, and investment oversight. Drive global best practices in cash flow, compliance, and ERP-enabled financial governance. Be the strategic anchor for high-impact financial decision-making and enterprise value creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain oversight on forex exposure management and ensure risk mitigation.
- Set strategic direction for evaluating and approving long-term investment options quarterly.
- Maintain oversight of tax compliance, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
- Review and approve quarterly reports on deferred tax assets, liabilities, and provisions.
- Establish governance structures for CapEx budgets and oversee alignment with macroeconomic conditions annually.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 16-18 years of experience in leading corporate finance, treasury, and investment oversight roles.
- Master's degree with professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Proven track record as VP/AVP/DGM in Finance or as a BU/Subsidiary Head of Finance/Finance Controller.
- Expertise in overseeing large-scale financial operations, compliance, and investment strategy development.
- Proficient in SAP.
