JOB PROFILE
- Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management.
- Ensure smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis.
- Ensure all the staff adhere to Delifrance Kitchen’s food quality standards and customer service standards.
- Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant.
- Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant.
- Set time-table for the staff.
- Assist supervisor in daily operation of service department.
- Attend customer’s complaints and requests when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in an international coffee brand.
- Profit and loss accountability.
- Competent in the service flow and procedures.
- Knows the restaurant concept.
- Knows the various payment methods.
- Knows the ongoing promotions.
- Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff.
