MARKETING MANAGER
Macksons Tiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd excels in crafting a diverse selection of floor tiles tailored for both commercial and residential applications. COMPETENCIES
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to effectively promote tile products in target markets.
- Lead brand development and awareness initiatives through traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns including product launches, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
- Oversee content creation for brochures, catalogs, digital platforms, advertisements, and showroom materials.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt marketing approaches.
- Manage the marketing budget and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and design agencies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in ceramic or construction-related industries is an advantage.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic design software.
- Demonstrated leadership with a focus on team motivation and results.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
