Regional Sales Agents - Engineering
We seek dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Agents to join with Hayleys Power Business Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand in the assigned regions, Vavuniya/ Batticaloa/ Matara/ Kurunegala.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.
- Present products/services to prospective customers through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication capability in English, Tamil & Sinhala, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (up to 75% of the time).
