Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Act as a key contact between the Marketing team and customers, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
  • Address customer inquiries related to operations, logistics, billing, and services.
  • Document interactions and follow up on pending customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting call handling targets.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have at least 01 year experience in a customer relations, coordination or similar role.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
  • Proficiency in Sinhala and English is essential; Tamil language skills are an added advantage.
