Chillfrost is a UK leader in commercial refrigeration, shopfitting, and spare parts. We supply both B2B (contractors, wholesalers) and B2C (online consumers) across the UK and internationally.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a remote Sales Manager to grow sales of refrigeration spare parts across both B2B and B2C channels. This includes handling inbound leads, advising on technical components, and managing online customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales to trade clients and individual customers.
- Provide technical advice on spare parts (e.g., compressors, thermostats, valves).
- Manage CRM (Odoo) – quotes, orders, follow-ups.
- Support online sales platforms and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations for stock and delivery.
Requirements
- Sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or technical parts.
- Strong product knowledge and communication skills.
- CRM (Odoo) and e-commerce familiarity a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work UK hours remotely.
