Finance Trainee (Internship) – Freight Forwarding Industry

6-8 Months (July 2025 – Feb 2026)

What You'll Do:
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts & payments transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations
- Support monthly closing activities and external audit
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing in ERP system
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by finance team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and logistics
- Collaborate with external parties (banks, Auditor & IRD etc)
- Assist with office administration if needed
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed professional qualifications in AAT, CA, ACCA or CIMA
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
