HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING – LEASING (COLOMBO)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Lead the team to high performance in achieving business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and financial institutions
- Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Implement sales performance tracking and reporting systems
- Initiate CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the leasing, automotive, real estate, or financial services sector
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
