Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
UNISTEM, a leading private university in Sri Lanka, is expanding its team! We seek a dynamic, data-driven, and creative professional to enhance our digital presence locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote UNISTEM’s programs
- Manage websites, SEO/SEM, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
- Run and optimize paid ads on Google and Meta platforms
- Monitor analytics, KPIs, and report insights
- Align messaging with academic and creative teams
- Manage content calendars and lead digital content creation
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends and tools
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in education or services
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred)
- Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities
