Job Requirements
- Fluency in Sinhala Language is essential. While the ability to speak English and Tamil would be added as an advantage.
- Previous experience in handling customer or call center operations would be added as an advantage.
- Good team player with a passion for customer service.
- Basic IT knowledge, including MS Office suite.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
