CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role will shape the financial direction of the business as we transition into the project execution and operational phases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic financial leadership and direction across the organization
- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance reporting processes
- Oversee all accounting, audit, tax, and treasury functions
- Manage investor relations and lead capital raising initiatives
- Advise on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, and corporate development
- Develop and implement cross-border tax, treasury, and cash flow strategies for international operations
- Deliver financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and oversee risk management
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 15 years of senior financial leadership experience, including as CFO
- Expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, fundraising, and corporate governance
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional reporting, including the UK
- Experience in handling consolidation of group accounts
- Demonstrated ability to engage with boards, executive leadership, investors, and key stakeholders
- Professional membership with ICASL, CIMA (UK), ICAEW, or CPA (Australia); an MBA or other advanced financial qualification is highly regarded
- Proven track record of financial stewardship and value creation
