Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a merchandising role, preferably within the technical garment industry.
- Strong communicational, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee Costing, Procurement, Production, Shipment.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for product development.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all products. /Communication Organization Multitasking.
