Credit Executive – Strategy Unit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet new customers and provide financial solutions to their requirements (new customer acquisition)
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers to maximize the value of business relationship
- Liaise with credit approving authority of the Bank to obtain timely approvals
- Support branches on monitoring and follow up on approved credit facilities
- Interact and work closely with relevant supporting departments & branches to ensure business goals are achieved
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Maintain records, prepare monthly reports etc.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience of which 2 years should be in a credit related role
- Part / full qualification in Banking / Finance/Statistics/ Marketing
- Knowledge on Credit evaluations, structuring of facilities and preparation of credit proposals for approval
- Good analytical skills including the ability to understand and interpret financial statements
- Excellent knowledge in MS applications (Word/Excel/Power point)
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality
