KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Production Efficiency: Oversee operations, manage labor, and maintain equipment to optimize output and safety.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement process enhancements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain records and coordinate with procurement to ensure smooth production flow.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in plastic recycling.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills in industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and Microsoft Office.
