Sales Coordinator

Requirements

  • Fully or partially qualified in marketing or a related field
  • Previous experience in a sales support or a coordination role is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills
  • Should be detail-oriented and be able to work independently
  • Should have a customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the dealer base to identify growth opportunities while maintaining a positive relationship
  • Serve as the central point of contact for dealers at the head office
  • Analyze sales records, evaluate the sales team, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in daily operations
  • Analyze the painter base and cluster them into different segments and serve as a single point of contact representing the sales division
  • Coordinate and implement productive sales promotional activities in the field
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team when needed
