Sales Coordinator
Requirements
- Fully or partially qualified in marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales support or a coordination role is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills
- Should be detail-oriented and be able to work independently
- Should have a customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the dealer base to identify growth opportunities while maintaining a positive relationship
- Serve as the central point of contact for dealers at the head office
- Analyze sales records, evaluate the sales team, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in daily operations
- Analyze the painter base and cluster them into different segments and serve as a single point of contact representing the sales division
- Coordinate and implement productive sales promotional activities in the field
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide administrative support to the sales team when needed
