Accountant
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Duties:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly and year-end closings.
- Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Support audits and provide documentation to auditors as needed.
Accounts Assistance
Ideal Candidate:
- G.C.E (A/L) / Diploma in Accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a team player
Duties:
- Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry and transaction posting.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial records for accuracy.
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
