We are a B.O.I company with numerous factories located at Kaduwela, Katunayake and Kelaniya. Currently, we export our Natural and Organic latex mattresses, pillows and latex products around the world including the United States of America, Canada, China, Europe, Australia, and India. Key purpose of the Job
Are you a dynamic and skilled professional with a strong background in the industry? We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and AutoCAD craftsman at the factory located at Kaduwela. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while staying self-motivated to meet deadlines. The selected candidate who displays promise and performs up to expectations could look forward to a steady career with an attractive remuneration package.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Utilise AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create precise and visually appealing designs, including blueprints, floor plans, and interior layouts.
- Update drawings and design files promptly as new information or specifications become available.
- Develop innovative design solutions for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with team members to refine designs for optimal visual communication and usability.
- Create high-quality marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and design skills to expand the knowledge base and support the advancement of team functions.
Education
- A diploma related to AutoCAD, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Competencies
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Ability to learn and maintain product knowledge.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
Skill Requirement
- Be a creative problem solver with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to work independently.
