BIM MODELER / TECHNICIAN (ARCHITECTURAL)
Requirements
- NVQ Level 4, Diploma or degree in Architecture, CAD Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Revit in architectural modeling.
- Understanding of BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) principles.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination platforms.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing, codes, and construction practices.
- Experience in landscape designs would be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
- Fluency in English.
